Award-winning Chef Shachi Mehra—a Food Network Chopped winner and founder of Adya, her acclaimed Indian restaurant in Southern California. She created this line so anyone can bring those same bold, confident Indian flavors into their own cooking at home.

Every recipe starts in Chef Shachi’s own kitchen, built from the flavors she grew up on and has spent her career reinterpreting. Each sauce is meant to be an easy entry point into Indian cooking—no pantry overhaul required, just one jar and whatever you’re already making.

Our sauces are made in small batches in a licensed commercial kitchen, so every jar gets the same hands-on attention Chef Shachi brings to her own restaurant kitchen.

All of our sauces are gluten-free. Our Original Hot Sauce, Tomato Chutney, and Tomatillo Chutney are plant-based and vegan. Our Tikka Masala Sauce contains dairy, so it is not vegan. Please check individual product labels for full ingredient details.

No. Our sauces are made with clean, premium ingredients—no artificial flavors and no artificial preservatives.

We rely on food-safe processing methods and naturally preserving ingredients (like acidity) rather than artificial additives. This keeps the sauces shelf-stable unopened and safe for the fridge once opened—see shelf life details below.

We currently offer four signature products:

• Original Hot Sauce—Bright, bold Indian heat
• Tomato Chutney—Sweet, spiced, and savory
• Tomatillo Chutney—Zesty, tangy, and a little smoky
• Tikka Masala Sauce—Creamy, deeply spiced, and comforting

• Original Hot Sauce: Drizzle over eggs, tacos, pizza, avocado toast, or breakfast burritos.
• Tomato Chutney: Spread on sandwiches, pair with a cheese board, or serve over warm flatbread.
• Tomatillo Chutney: Use as a dip, spoon over nachos, or toss with roasted veggies.
• Tikka Masala Sauce: Use as a simmer sauce for chicken or vegetables, or pour over pasta for an instant comfort meal.

• Unopened: Each jar is marked with a best-by date, typically 12–18 months from production.
• Opened: Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 3 months for best flavor.
• How to tell if a jar has turned: As with any fresh, preservative-free product, don’t use a jar if you notice an off smell, visible mold, or a change in color or texture—when in doubt, throw it out.

We currently ship nationwide across the United States, including Hawaii. We don’t yet ship internationally, but sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know if that changes.
